Justin J. Babineaux | HISTORIAN

Justin J. Babineaux serves as in-house counsel for the United States Housing and Urban Development, where he supports the employment and fair housing law functions for the southeast regional Office of General Counsel and its eight field offices.
Justin received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Georgia State University in 2007, and his J.D. from Georgia State University College of Law in 2016. In law school he served as a member on the Atlanta BeltLine Board of Affordable Housing and authored two research publications. He is involved with Gate City Bar, Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation, and the State Bar of Georgia’s Labor & Employment Mentorship Academy.

Justin is a lifelong resident of Metro Atlanta. He and his wife have two children. He is also licensed in real estate sales and general civil mediation. When away from professional matters, he enjoys visiting Georgia State Parks & Historic Sites with his family and serving on his community’s HOA Board.
