Jatrean is licensed to practice law in Tennessee and Georgia and was barred in both jurisdictions in 2009. Jatrean is a Spring 2014 graduate of the Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys’ Professional Development Academy and is a graduate of the 2013 Class of the State Bar of Georgia Young Lawyers Division Leadership Academy.
She currently serves the Gate City Bar Association Chair of the Gate City Bar Association and Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys’ Annual Judicial Reception. Jatrean has been named a Georgia Rising Star in 2016 and 2017 by Super Lawyers Magazine. She is also a member of the Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys and serves as a mentor in the Spelman College Alumnae-Student Mentoring Program.
Jatrean attended law school at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville and graduated magna cum laude from Spelman College in 2006 as a political science major.
